Dale has been on a jobsite since he was a child. His grandfather, Carl Berry, built one of the most recognized names in North Shore construction — CP Berry Construction — a legacy that shaped Dale's entire approach to the trade.
Dale worked his way up through the ranks at CP Berry, eventually becoming a co-owner and partner. He spent over 20 years helping lead the company and overseeing some of the most demanding residential projects on the North Shore before going out on his own with his son Christian.
DChomes carries three generations of building knowledge into every project. The name says it all: Dale and Christian, father and son, and there team, built from the ground up.

Dale Harvey
Founder & Lead Builder
Dale has been on a jobsite since he was a child. His grandfather Carl Berry built one of the most recognized names in construction on the North Shore — CP Berry Construction. Dale worked his way up to become a co-owner and partner there, spending over 20 years helping lead the company before going out on his own with his son Christian to found DChomes.
Christian Harvey
Carpenter & Project Lead
Christian grew up in the trade alongside his father Dale, learning the craft from the ground up. As co-founder of DChomes, he brings a new generation of precision and professionalism to every project — with the same standards the Berry family has held for decades.
