DCHomes was founded by Dale C. Harvey. Dale grew up in the building industry since he was a child. His grandfather, Carlton P. Berry founded C.P.Berry Homes in 1980. Dale worked there throughout his construction co-op at North Shore Technical High School and full-time after graduation. After 8 years of working and learning from Carl and A
DCHomes was founded by Dale C. Harvey. Dale grew up in the building industry since he was a child. His grandfather, Carlton P. Berry founded C.P.Berry Homes in 1980. Dale worked there throughout his construction co-op at North Shore Technical High School and full-time after graduation. After 8 years of working and learning from Carl and Alan Berry, Dale started running numerous job sites from the ground up. In 2016, Dale was promoted to Co-Owner and Vice President of C.P.Berry. Dale alongside Carl, Alan and Diane built and completed hundreds of new construction homes, remodels and additions all over the North Shore, including but not limited to: Ipswich Country Club, English Commons, and Caldwell Farm. Dale has always been taught from his mentor and grandfather, Carl "Do the job right the first time no matter the cost."
Dale attended Northeastern University for his certificate in Bidding, Estimating and Project Management.
He currently resides in Boxford with his wife and 3 children.
